• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• You must provide accurate and complete billing information

2.3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though any price changes will not affect courses for which you have already paid.

2.4. Refunds

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of course or service:

• Online Courses: If you are unsatisfied with an online course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course.
• In-Person Courses: For in-person courses, you may request a full refund up to 30 days before the start date. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
• Consulting Services: Consulting services may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and the amount of work already performed.
